International Conference on Modern Technologies in Food Industry is mainly designed to offer diverse sessions that address the theme “Promotion Health & Food Care” and explore advances in research and education in relation to disparities as well as a breadth of other topics.
The field of Nutrition have not only helped the development in different fields in science and technology but also contributed towards the improvement of the quality of human life to a great extent. All this has become possible with the different discoveries and inventions leading to the development of various applications. Many advances have been taking place. More over present technologies have added new dimension to the field of Nutrition. This will enable scientists to find answers they have been searching for. The business entrepreneurs can bring it to the market and the students can get inspired to learn more and work towards benefit of mankind.
The conference is organized based on following State Projects: Institutional Project subprogram 020405 – Optimization of food processing technologies in the context of the circular bioeconomy and climate change
The abstracts will be presented in the “*.doc” format:
The structure of the abstract must correspond to the proposed sample.
The abstract should not exceed 1 full page and clearly state the purpose, results, and conclusions of the research work. The book of abstracts will be available to registered participants on the Conference website.

• The fee for an accompanying person is €50 and covers attendance at the Conference sessions only.
• Participation in the Gala Dinner and the Conference Excursion is optional and is charged separately at €50 per person for each event. Participants wishing to attend the Gala Dinner and/or the Excursion should notify the Conference Organizing Committee by email (mtfi@fta.utm.md) no later than September 10, 2026.
